Note:-
  1. Booking amount is Rs. 5 Lakhs for both 3 and 4 Bedroom apartments.
  2. In the above started sale price External Development Charges (EDC) and infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) is pro- rated per unit as applicable to this group huusing site.In case of any upward revision in future by the Govt. agencies, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis from the Applicant/Allottee.
  3. Down Payment price shall be calculated considering the down payment rebate as applicable.
  4. Intrest Bearing Maintenance Security (IBMS) Rs. 50 per sq.ft.
  5. Stamp Duty /Registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.
  6. Two car parking bays for one apartment are mandatory.
  7. Car parking charges ( Covered : Rs. 3 Lakhs per bay, Open Rs. 1.5 Lakhs per bay and back to back Rs. 4.5 Lakh).
  8. Prices subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company.
  9. sale price = ( Basic price + EDC + IDC ) x area of the apartment.
